Arrival Time:
We kindly request that you arrive on time for your reservation. A 15-minute grace period is provided. However, if you arrive late, we may not be able to accommodate your reservation, and your deposit may be forfeited due to our reservation schedule and space availability.
Beverage Options:
Our establishment offers a full Cocktail and Mocktail Bar, along with a beverage menu featuring beer, wine, coffee and a wide variety of tea.
Food Policy:
While we do not provide food, we encourage guests to bring their own light snacks to enjoy during their experience.
Parking:
Please note that only street parking is available.
Age Requirement:
We do not have a specific age restriction. However, guests aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Accessibility:
Please be aware that we are located on the second floor, accessible only by stairs. Unfortunately, we do not have wheelchair accessibility.
Waitlist:
When signing up for the waitlist, please select only one timeslot. While being on the waitlist does not guarantee a reservation, it ensures that you will be immediately notified in case of any cancellations for that specific date. Cancellations can occur in advance or on the day of the reservation, and you will receive an email or text notification as soon as a cancellation becomes available, providing you with the opportunity to book.
Cancellation/Headcount Reduction Policy:

Any cancellations or reductions must be made 3 days in advance for a full deposit refund.
Cancellations or reductions made 48 hours prior to the reservation will receive a credit that can be applied towards future Glassnote Candle Bar Experiences.
Less Than 24 Hour Notice Cancellations/Reduction Policy (IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ)
Any cancellations or reductions in group size made less than 24 hours prior to the start time will be automatically charged the remaining per person cost for each unused spot. However, the option to make the additional candle(s) is available to attending participants.
The method of payment that was used at the time of making the reservation will be automatically charged for any unused spots not canceled 24 hours prior to the start time, unless a different form of payment is provided.
Gift Card/Promotion Code:
To apply your gift voucher or promotion code, enter your 5 or 6 letter code in the "Have a promotion or voucher code?" section when creating your reservation or at checkout.
