All gift vouchers are purchased online at www.glassnotecandlebar.com/giftcards. Once purchased, you’ll receive an e-gift card via email, which you can personalize to send directly to the recipient. The recipient can then redeem the voucher by entering the code during their reservation booking process online.
Can I get a physical gift card mailed to me?
Yes! After purchasing an e-gift card online, simply email us at hello@glassnotecandlebar.com with the voucher code, your name, and mailing address, and we’ll send it out to you!
Can I get a physical gift card mailed to the recipient?
Yes! After purchasing an e-gift card online, email us at hello@glassnotecandlebar.com with the voucher code, the recipient's name, their mailing address, and the names you'd like printed in the "To:" and "From:" sections on the physical card. You can also include a message for the "Memo" section if you'd like. We'll take care of the rest and mail it directly to them!
How does the recipient redeem the voucher?
The recipient can check our availability and make a reservation online. At checkout, they simply enter the voucher code to apply it. For multiple vouchers, they can enter all the codes separated by commas!
Can I add extra money to cover drinks?
Unfortunately, our gift vouchers are only valid for experiences. If you’d like to cover drinks at the bar, we recommend including cash with your gift.
Can gift vouchers be used for other purchases?
No, gift vouchers are only redeemable for experiences and cannot be used for bar purchases, retail products, or purchases from Milwaukee Candle Co. (our sibling brand).
What information do I enter when purchasing?
Enter your own information during checkout—not the recipient’s. This ensures you receive the payment confirmation. You can then personalize the e-gift card with a message and the recipient’s name before sending it to them.
